Support for Extending the Home Buyer Tax Credit is Rapidly Growning

The NAR, National Association of Realtors, is aggressively pushing Congress to extend the credit until at least the end of next year.  They are also asking for it to become available to all buyers, not just first-timers.

Florida's Seat-Belt Law Requirements

Drivers and front-seat passengers must wear, seat belts at all times during operation of motor vehicles except buses, tractors, trucks with gross vehicle weight ratings of more than 26,000 pounds, motorcycles, mopeds or bicycles.

Anyone under 18 must wear a seat belt or be in a child safety seat no matter where they are riding in a motor vehicle.
